I have in my possession 2 PA amps, a Califone tube turntable...all unfinished.
He contributed a copper plated organ amp that turned into an AWESOME little Matchless Spitfire-which he let me keep.
He guided me through an Ebay bidding which has resulted in yet another organ amp-which awaits a build.
He then went over the top and loaned me a little monoblock-to do as I wished. I built a Fender 5C3 Very Vintage Tweed Deluxe out of it. A great (and frustrating) opportunity!
Then he found a killer deal on a batch of tubes and sent it directly to me to populate my projects.
What goes unsaid here is...fett has allowed me to learn on his dime. The amps are his-for his choosing...but they count amongst the finest pieces of tube equipment that can be built. No one has kicked me in the butt harder, and no thanks is enough.
