where to find round single coils w/o the lip/flange

ON my Charvel 375 deluxe, I need a single coil pickup, but all i can find are the regualr Strat type with the flang/lip on the base, and the Chravels holes are oblong and wont take the flange. I hope someone knows what i mean and can explain it better. I have an old Duncan SCR-1n and it has no flange, so Duncan used to make their pickups, or some of them.
