Default Things i learned today

I got my Floyd shims to correct the low nut on my Dk2 Jackson and let me testify-DON'T get screwdriver and pry off the nut-its held in there by two screws. I thought it was glued! No real harm done except fpr a couple small gouges in the wood where the screwdriver was leveredged-its just a mutt, so i'm not fanatical about it.. The screws came out clean and i am repairing the two screw holes with wood glew and matchsticks which fit in the holes perfectly. I will drill out and reinstall the nut and shims tommorow. Live and learn, like they say. P>S> haha-you shoulda seen me at first with a small ball peen trying to knock the nut out sideways-you woulda laughed your ass off!
