Yeah, I just picked up my first Sol0ist. Dont know nuthin about it.Got it for 249.00 plus tax at the hock shop they just put it out.Its a XL in excellent shape. I assume its a Japanese Jackson. Im going to put a Duncan '78 in the bridge. I've also got an original Floyd rose ; will this guitar take an original Floyd ??. It's got the liscenced Jackson Trem in it right now. Im in awe, it plays like butter. Sooo super low action with no fret outs and buzzing(not even any harmonics of of the 15th fret).
I just have one question. PLEASE;;;; Does this make bolt on Jacksons like my DK2 obsolete? It sure seems that way , cause this is playin' like a wet dream compared to my DK2 bolt on. T anks and good to be back again! (p.S. Im going to post a pic when i get the '78, another barrel knob and a good backplate on it).
