The Riff That has me stumped

I have been trying this riff on and off for at least 15 years. I still cannot get it

The song it is from is the attitude Song by Steve Vai

The Riff I cannot get is this one and this one alone

It starts in 2/4 at 160 BPM Here is the riff

Any Suggestions in how I can conquer this?
