Default Kevin, HELP!! Chord progression question

OK..I've been working with arpeggios ala Vinnie Moore using sequenced triplets ascending and decending through the shapes then moving to the next degree of the scale to map them out all across the fingerboard.

Here is what I've figured out, and it sound's "right", but I want a second opinion:

R - Major
2 - minor
3 - minor
4 - Major
5 - Major
6 - minor
7 - Diminished

So, I've figured these out in D, so the scale/chord tones are:

D E F# G A B C# D

I've started out by learning the arpeggio's via triads with a 5th string root...

The Diminished arpeggio has me stumped...I know the formula for the bb5th, but I can't figure out a logical 5th string root arpeggio...HELP!!

So, am I doing and thinking this right Kevin?? Essentially, I'm kinda thinking that the arpeggio's are almost "modal" depending on the scale degree in relation to the Major scale, correct??

HELP PLEASE!!!
