I put this in the tech section for inspiration whenever we think we have a sore finger (like me). For those who don't know, Django Rheinhart pioneered much of the soloing techniques we still hear today, back in 1930's. He lost two of his fingers (actually, his hand was disfigured badly) in a childhood accident involving a fire.
Grapelli was also a master, and cool, too. He throws in some blues licks at the most unexpected places. The action begins at about 1:30, after the corny intros.
