The overall feel and quality of the Epiphone is great. IMHO you would be hard press to tell the difference between a Gibson and an Epiphone if you were blind folded and handed each to play. I would say it might be like a USA Made Jackson compared to a Japan made...
I like the Warm tone with the stock pups and when I installed a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates in the neck I really got a boner with it's tone especially when I hit the PH and got that Little Old Band from Tejas sound...
If my guitar was stolen or lost I would replace it.
