Baretta II I just finished

This one was a lot of work. I bought the body while I was in Afghanistan and she had been re finished. And the re fin went pad. Clear was peeling and paint was wrinkled. Still really soft. She looked like this


So I start taking the finish off, and it literally peeled off like tape it was so soft. Anyway I get thru the primer a bit and I see FLIP FLOP!



So after hours and hours (and hours) of wet sanding and some rubbing compound...



Finished her up a couple of days ago with a Duncan Distortion. All I have left to do is correct TR cover, tuners and a real Floyd.



And with my all original Pacer...



They sure look good together don't they?!
