Got to give a shout out to Alvin again..
He indirectly is the reason I found this guitar today. Story is, when Alvin sold me his Soloist Pro I was supposed to meet him at the GC in Gwinnett but being the dumbass that I am (and still a bit new to the area) I went to the wrong one.. So, he was kind enought to drive to the one I was at and meet me there.
Anyway, he told me where this GC was and I decided to add it to my route of stores I hit about every week to see what they have in... Ever since I picked up that Pro from Alvin, I've been looking for a USA model to keep it company. So, today I head over to that GC that Alvin told me about and what do I see when I walk in the door today????
Less than four month old USA Jackson Soloist SL2H in Snakeskin.. sitting right on the display table they put by the front of the door!! First thing I saw when I walked in, and it was over from that point on. Final inspect on the tag was done in 11/11/06 so it's barely had time to even see daylight!! They were asking $1300 (case additional, why the hell do they do that when they damn well know it came with the case!!), but I got it out the door for $1200 with case. This thing is minty, minty, mint!! If they had hung it on the wall as a new one, nobody would have known the difference.
Not the greatest deal in the world, but for a graphic SL2H that's basically new.. I couldn't pass it up.
