Why Cities and Mass Transportation
Not so much a question on the transportation piece but I don't understand why we keep building commuter rails that bring masses of people INTO the city??
Why do more and more companies lease and buy office space in the city and pay WAY more rent and lease than they have to? Therefore creating a product or service to cost more to US!
Then it makes more of us have to clog the highways up to get to work...more people on the road traveling to work, more pollution more increase in fuel due to high demand. More pisssed off road ragers
Why not adopt the home office idea, why not do video conference or conference calls, instead of driving to meetings, why not build the major companies in a more widespread area?
Less rent less people driving less demand for gas less of a cost to US less chaos? Makes sense to me
