Or reasonable assembly?
President Bush will be delivering the Commencement speech at Furman University. The reaction of some of the protesters to this seem to be on a level normally reserved for people who don't "believe" in global warming, and what to do about the "problem".
One thing about the left, they are experts at protesting. They show very little success in actually solving any problems, except to further bloat the government and high paying academic tenures.
My opinion, folks...
I admit I'm a conservative. I have never stooped to the level of "hating"
anyone on the other side of my beliefs. I just wish they would step out of the government washtub and enjoy the warm waters of freedom.
Those that preach endlessly to others the we must be "tolerant", and "understanding of other cultures", show the most vile hate I've ever seen when dealing with "right wingers".
Thank you for tolerating my ranting observation.
On a side note, my immediate supervisor tried to make small talk by noting it was ridiculous
for countries to be debating who owns property in the arctic circle to drill for oil, when he said "global warming will melt the ice anyways".
I just told him with a straight face that I don't discuss religion at work.
He blubbered "But it's science"!
I repeated that I refuse to get into religious debates with coworkers, and he walked off
red faced...
