What the fuck happened? Way back in the '60's the state of Calif. had a law that provided a free education going to a JC or a state college. The total cost, sans books, for my BA was $300. The JC was free. The state university had a fee of $48 a quarter. I got my degree in 4 years and 1 class. Now, it costs a fortune. This ain't right. How the hell can a young person get educated without being in debt for the rest of his or her's life?
