Guitar World and the suscription dept

They SUCK!!!!!!! No one and I repeat NO ONE can be this stupid can they??

The wife decided to get me a suscription in December for my B day. She specifically said I WANT THE CD WITH THE MAGAZINE!

They say ok it will be 6-8 weeks. Blah blah blah.

6 weeks later we have a magazine with NO CD ROM!!!!!!!!

Ok easy fix call them up and they send out cd right?? Nope they are incapable of that simple task.. They say they need to re submit the suscription 6-8 more weeks.. This cant be happening but oh well.


So here we are the end of may.. The magazine comes and you guesed it NO FRIGGIN CD ROM!!!!!! Subscription cancelled !!!! I will not deal with these idiots again. I'll pay the higher price at the news stand just to not have to deal with the stupidity in there subscription dept again. 6 months and still they cant get me a cd rom with the magazine. Unbelievable!!!!!!


The invoice specifically says 12 issues plus cd rom for $25 .. We are doomed when people are this stupid. How can such stupid people keep a job and good smart people cant find one'???
