dental dilemma

In January, I knuckled down and started getting all my dental work sorted out. I have one bad tooth left to sort out, and it's a hospital job, mainly because my birthmark (which covers most of my head inside and out) is in the same area as this wisdom tooth. It can't be dressed, nor can it be removed by either a private or NHS dentist. No-one has the guts to extract it. I've been referred to a hospital TWICE, who now deny recieving the referral. I went into the walk in centre yesterday, the same place that removed another wisdom tooth and dressed this one before it reduced itself to a stump. They've now faxed a referral to the hospital and have given me a copy. Fact is, it's difficult not to bite on it and I was in agony on wednesday. I don't know how much longer I can tolerate this shit. Are people genuinely concerned for their patients' health, or just too chicken shit in case they get sued for fucking it up? Asshats.
