Wow, what a fuck of a company. I started having intermittent outages earlier this week. Finally on Wednesday I call them and they say there are no outages in my immediate area. So he puts in a ticket for someone to come out.
Ok, fine. I'd prefer not letting these shitheads in my house since the last time they came out I had to fix a hole in my ceiling! Anyway, since I have digital phone service with them it's federal law he tells me for them to have the problem corrected within 24 hours and someone will be calling me later that night or early the next morning...
It's now Friday 12 noon and I just get the first call from them to come out. It's been quite a bit longer than 24 hours I think!
It's kind of making my decision to go back to directtv and find another ISP a lot easier!
