I was watching TV last night and one of those childrens commercials came on. You know the ones that say you can feed a clothe a poor foreign kid for $20 a month?
Anyway, I've noticed something with these charity things. I'm a member of the ASPCA, NRA and give money and all that for various causes. But they all always send me tons of shit in the mail, especially the ASPCA. Calendars, Tshirts, stamps, etc...
Well, when I was watching that childrens thing they said call or visist the website for free information kits. I'm thinking at this point, how many kids can they feed just from the free shit they send people who doesn't even need it?
Doesn't make much sense to me to spend millions of dollars, then ask for pennies to feed a kid...
Am I missing something with this?
