Well, compared to some of the crap I can get caught up in at work on a day to day basis, this was minor to be honest.
We have multi-phase systems all over the place, usually topping out at 480V 3-phase panels...you DON'T want to get across a phase to ground or phase to phase situation...and 277V lighting will knock your dick in your watch pocket.
I'm actually fortunate I could walk to the truck and go to the hospital on my own feet.
