Default Shitty dealings with Tigerdirect

So my computers like 5 years old, figure its time to upgrade finally. TD had a refurb Gateway Intel Core2 Quad processor for a GREAT price... I couldnt build a system for nearly double the price, so I went for it... ordered Sunday night, got here today.

Open the box, and first thing as always open up the computer. First thing I notice was the power supply... was supposed to be 400 watt, but its only a 305 watt... strange. So I call em up, but they didnt have any compatible 400 watt P/S in stock, so they told me to call Gateway. I did, and the guy seemed very surprised at the mistake! He forwarded me to "level 2" customer support, where I waited on hold for over an hour so I hung up.

I figure Id hook it up any way and see how it was... hook it up, and nothing. The mobo light is on, but it doesent turn on. So I go to take a look inside more closely and notice something strange... the memory modules (2) arent a matched pair... apon closer inspection, one module had scotch tape on it and written on it with pen was "memory test"... WTF?

So I call up TD and tell them the story... only thing they could tell me was to send it back and theyd send another one... well, I wanted it by the weekend damnit, and UPS ground wouldnt get it here by then. There was nothing they would do for me except letting me pay for another one, then crediting me the money when they get the other one back with the prepaid lable.

I was fine with that, he said hed put through another payment for me to authorize and we would be good to go... I never got the authorization email. Then over an hour later, I get a call from my mom... they called her house... I havent lived there for 3+ years, I dont know how they have that number on file. I call to do my authorization, and wouldnt you know it, the credit department is closed.

Im gonna call TD up in a few minutes and see what the hell the problem is... but I am NOT a happy camper.
