The answer to this question was pretty clear based on these two sentences.

And it's impossible to diagnose someone as having the same mentality as a killer based on this one question.
The answer to this question was more a logical one. Process of elimination based on the information available.
Most serial killers have a very logical thought process, but that is not what makes them a killer.
It just gives them the ability to do it well.
