I have a dilemma guys. I decided I'm going to sell off my last 3 bolt-on Jacksons and replace them with a used neck-thru Kelly or Kellystar. However they're all modded so I don't have any idea how to price them. I'm not gonna post pics because this isn't a classified ad and am still just thinking about it because I haven't found what I'm looking for yet.
Guitar 1 is a Jackson Burnt cherry sunburst KE3 with a DXMG reverse headstock bound neck, Black trem, nut and tuners gold vol knob inlaid with abalone, Bill Lawrence 500XL neck and old style EMG 81 bridge pickups and Jackson SKB Case....great condition.
Guitar 2 is a Black Jackson PS3. Chrome JT590 trem, black nut w/chrome lockdowns, black tuners with chrome knobs, Chrome volume knobs, black knob on EMG Preamp (out of dkmg), black Rhoads pickguard, Jackson J80 bridge and EMG-HZ neck pickups....good condition.
Guitar 3 is a Jackson cobalt blue swirl x series king v body DKMG bound neck with piranah inlays and black locking nut, EMG 81/85, all black hardware, string thru with custom roller bridge to accomodate the extra heavy strings (I have ZW set 11-70 on it now) for super low A or B tuning without the strings getting sloppy. The neck and all hardware/electronics are in great condition but the body has a few dings and the points have the usual light chipping (no wood missing)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
