EMG Sound?
Just played the M'Bird Rich with the EMG;s tonight. real big midrange from the pickups. Bright singing highs.
One thing I am worried about is there doesnt seem to be as much bass in these pickups as I'd imagined there would be.
I only had the bass at 12 o'clock. and the treble up to3/4's, as I'm not very found of high bass setting as they might mud out. Can't really determine for certain yet as I haven't yet cranked it through a good 1/2 stack- just a little solid state practice amp.
Are EMG's supposed to have plenty of bottom end? Thanks
