Need help with BC Rich USA STIII

Alright... I need to source an original or direct replacement for the tuners (the current ones are nice, but they do not line up with the screw holes)

I need to source a truss rod cover... I don't care if its blank or not...but its an off shape.

Also, since the trem is recessed, the bridge pickup ring would be one of those angled ones, correct? Would it be metal or plastic in the 80's USA Era?

I appreciate all your input. I think over a long period, I may fully restore this guitar, after I pay for it, and another bc rich and get an amp.. but I am definitely seeking the knowledge now!

I'de rather avoid ebay, but feel free if ya find stuff there for me.
