Broke it in yesterday, and replaced one of the sick looking caps.
Used a pair of "USA" 6L6WGB's.
This amp kicks major tail!
The can cap is shaky-there is a small bit of 60hz hum.
I bridged the channels and plugged a Jackson into it.
LOUD!
Glad I am running it into a 300 watt cab.
I have to order a boatload of capacitors to keep up with these projects. Nearly all of them have dead, or dying caps.
It is larger than the pic makes it look.
Plenty of real estate to play with, for a kick butt Marshall or SLO project. Did I mention it has a major volume issue?
