I would shoot a post at the Fender Forum, but I've never seen anything ever posted about this particular amp.
Again, if it were in my paws, and wanted to make it...I would start sniffing around inside to see what's up.
That's what I had to do with with my Peavey Studio Chorus. Dead footswitch, three functions, and once I opened it up and started tracing it wasn't all that difficult to figure it out.
Hell, the circuit board was labeled for the connections!
