choosing pickups for WR1
I'm still trying to reprogram my Boss GT-8, but have found the Duncans (stock) are far too muddy when a-b'ing the WR1 against my RR24. I like the tone of the EMG 81, but I want more drive and distortion and am stuck between an EMG81/85 set and possibly something like Dimarzio Distortions, though there are 3 or so versions of the distortion Dimarzios. I'm also unsure which Dimarzio's would be most suitable AND which ones are active/passive. Advice please.
