I had my favorite boost, a Boss OD-1 stuck in a drawer for years.
After using all sorts of pedals for boost/drive and not liking any of them that much I dug it out and put a tone control mod in it.
Sheetchya. That did it!
It's the only drive pedal I ever use now.
It's just about identical to the old TS9, but with more natural tone.
