www.bossgtcentral.com for presets a plenty. I'm a huge fan of the GT line.
On the site I linked to they have free programs that will allow you to tweak the various FX and settings with. The GT-8 also has an amp A/B switch that can come in very handy.
It can do everything you mentioned and then some.
