I've got the answer now. Same thing happens as when I upgraded from the GT-6 to the 8. The sound will be completely different. Whilst I could've possibly sent the patch over via MIDI, I just copied all the parameters in manually instead. Provided you have the software, it can be done. Only thing it won't copy are "assigns", tho I'm not bothered about that.
