The sound I get from my Boss GX-700 rack FX is shit. Weak, hissing, static, tinny, shit. Makes my WR1 sound like a cereal packet with elastic bands on it. Looked inside, can't see anything burnt or snapped, no solder flaking off. There are two inputs, one at the front, one on the rear. Tried two guitars with different pups. Same result. Is there anything I can do to repair it, or should I throw it in the bin and buy another off ebay?
